I have a degree in Film and Television with an emphasis in sound, graduated from the Film and Television School of the Veritas University (San José, Costa Rica. 2015-2019). Selected to represent the University in the 2nd Castello Errante International Residence (Italy, 2018) where we shoot the short film Cena Di Notte.

Whether it was a single day of production, or more than a full month, I have collaborated on more than 100 audiovisual projects of different genres (film, documentary, TV Series, corporate, advertising, web, among others) offering my professional services on production sound. Collaborating with multiple national film agencies such as Dos Ruedas Producciones, Atómica Films, Infinito Films, Cucumelo Films, Audiovisuales UNED, A Tropics Company, and international ones such as Goodgate, TXL Films, Casual Films, Gnarly Bay, Cineflix, Coneflower Studios, ITV, I’ve deliver professional sound in each project for relevant clients like Nissan USA/MEX, Univision Canada, Genius World, Truly, Hulu, HGTV, INCAE Business School, Universidad Estatal a Distancia, Teletica Canal 7, TD+, Futv, and a lot more.

In 2021 I worked on my first feature film as Sound Mixer, titled "No sólo es hermoso el pájaro" (by Álvaro Torres Crespo), which had its premiere at the 47 Mostra Internacional de Cinema / Sao Paulo International Film Festival and has won the Amando Céspedes Marín 2023 Audiovisual Arts National Award in the Best Audiovisual Production Category, as well the Best Costarican Feature Film Award on the Costa Rica Festival Internacional de Cine 12° Edition. At the beginning of 2024 I worked on my second and third feature films as Production Sound Mixer: The Baby-Faced Outlaws (by Adrian Kayser) and Maikol Yordan 3 (by Daniel Moreno - La Media Docena). Recently, I worked in “Abril” (by Hernán Jiménez) as a second Boom Operator and Sound Utility.
